The Click! Colours® were created by Greg Barnes and David Koutsoukis after more than 40 combined years of using, studying and applying personality and psychometric profiling tools with world class sporting and corporate teams. Greg and David are both leadership and team development consultants who found that their clients were seeking a better, faster, cheaper and easier way of understanding why people think and behave the way they do. The Click! Colours® concept and resources were created in response to this need.
